Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. A monthly plan stops at the end of the month, a yearly plan at the end of the year. Agencies always pay per month. Your invoices stay available, also on a free account.
How does the founding offer for DJs work?
Sign up before launch and you get 6 months of Premium for free from launch as a founding DJ, no payment details needed. After launch the welcome offer is 3 months. Afterwards you pick a plan or continue for free on Starter. As a founding DJ you also get 3 invitations: for every colleague who goes live through your link, you earn 1 extra month of Premium.
How do I pay?
Via iDEAL, Bancontact or credit card. Renewal is automatic, also on a yearly plan.
Why is there no yearly price for agencies?
Agencies pay per month and can cancel every month, so you never pay a large amount upfront. We are happy to discuss bigger plans in a custom offer via contact.
Is there commission on bookings?
No. You only pay your subscription. What you agree with a client is fully yours.
